Who says you have to wait until graduation? AAF Montgomery is here to help you fuel your creativity and jumpstart your career now. Check out our annual Student Conference.

Formerly known as Portfolio Day, AAF Montgomery’s Student Conference is a one-day conference where students can learn about the field of advertising, discover what trends are developing in the industry, and get a jumpstart on their careers by networking with knowledgeable advertising professionals and recruiters.

Who should go?

You should! That is if you want to learn new skills, create something new and grow as a creative professional. This conference is meant to bring professionals from the marketing, design, and media industry together to develop a sense of solidarity and grow a more prosperous community of creative communicators.

What do you get out of it?

Students will fuel their creativity and jumpstart their careers by:

  • Learning from inspiring keynote speakers and leaders
  • Engaging with students who are just as passionate about advertising from across our local River Region colleges
  • Increasing your hands-on knowledge of the industry by competing in our Student Advertising Competition
  • Meeting with professionals from top local agencies for portfolio reviews
  • Need more? Contact our Education Chair with your suggestions of what you would want.

We need professionals too!

We need local professionals to be portfolio reviewers and judges for our Student Advertising Competition! If you are interested in giving back to our students, please get in touch with our Education Chair.

National AAF’s student advertising career conference is a three-day event where students learn about the field of advertising, discover what trends are developing in the industry, and ignite their careers by networking with knowledgeable advertising professionals.
